In its present form, the office has been operating since 1998. It was founded by Dr. Agnes Vilmányi who was the Executive of the Internal Revenue Office’s legal department for many years and she was the attorney at law for many companies as a private lawyer.
Our office carries out comprehensive legal representation of hungarian and foregin companies in hungarian, english and french and has relible experiences in the following fields of law; Company Law, company acquisition, Tax Law, Bussiness Law, Real Estate Law, and Environmental Protection Law.
Our goal is to create a long-time and successful co-operation. We are striving for the prevention which means: creating a justified contract matching with the contracting parties requirements to avoid legal disputes.

For private persons, we accept the purchase of real estate’s comprehensive transact in english, french and hungarian in connection with and contract creating loan translation.
